AIGFeedback is a fault feedback application for generator controllers. Its purpose is to enable end customers (on-site users of the equipment) without basic professional knowledge to submit fault feedback through the AIGFeedback application. It automatically generates an electronic work order containing fault information, on-site pictures, and detailed descriptions and synchronizes it to the cloud platform. Equipment manufacturers or suppliers can obtain the work order data in real time, remotely guide customers to troubleshoot problems or directly intervene in parameter debugging, establishing a "on-site diagnosis + cloud support" collaborative operation mode, significantly enhancing the convenience of equipment operation and fault handling efficiency.
