I wanted to bring to your attention that the T9 (predictive text) feature has stopped working in the app on my iPhone. I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including updating the app, reinstalling it, and checking my keyboard settings, but nothing seems to resolve the issue.The T9 feature is quite essential for me, and I would appreciate any guidance or updates regarding this problem.

I have Mailed them couple of times, about wrong charge which i did by mistake , asked for refund , instantly, after being charged, since i did not needed/ wanted that service. they never replied and, never helped. Its probably not scam, however looks like it .
