  • Widget doesn’t update

    A widget is expected to update once an hour to show me the balance of internet package and credit. It was updating manually when I tapped on it and the app opened but now even this function does not work. Useless widget. Will change the rating once this is fixed. If it is.

  • Can’t login with a telephone number

    When trying to log in with the telephone number the app says “Close the app completely and try again”. You do this, repeat, and nothing happens. Impossible to use the app.

Force-close the MyTelkomsel app running in the background on your phone,2. Ensure that the permissions for the MyTelkomsel app are active.Then try opening it again.
