app works badly. music does not start playing from the first press. music stops playing after track ends

it is terribly slow and buggy ever since last update, it randomly crashes and you can't seek through audio without it glitching out. it wasn't this bad in the past, it started happening after the update. i don't think that it should be lagging this much on my IPhone 7 Running IOS 15.7.5
