This app doesn’t accept my card that I use for any other app. Waist of time

This is literally the worst delivery app I ever used. It doesn’t accept any of my cards, it doesn’t allow me to pay in cash with obscure error, it doesn’t have live support and it’s only in Spanish…

There’s a big issue with choosing cash as a payment method. And even when I managed to choose it I waited for my order to arrive for an hour, asked a support specialist about my order, and she just cancelled it without any explanation

I made a lot of orders, but a problem appeared a month ago. I choose cash, the app sends me back to the shopping cart, then to the payment option, then to the shopping cart and so on endlessly. It is impossible to solve this, since they do not have a chat, and no one speaks English on the phone there. This is very strange

Waste of money and time. Absolutely horrible experience
