The app has the greatest collection of the audio books, but focuses more on selling than listening.

I payed 15$ for premium account, but whenever I try to use my membership it says that I’m “non-member”, haven’t heard back from customer support, you guys better fix that asap

I do everything to login with my account where I have lots of books, I’ll try all the verifications, email number changing number. But nothing works they just don’t want me to use the application.. disgrace! I used to love this app! I have around 30 audiobook. Also, nobody told me that all the accumulated credits disappear if you forget to pay. They can subscriptions stem themselves so easily.. so you lose 15 credits. That is so much money and they just took it away never returned any of it! No wonder Bezos his billionaire, his ripping us all off!!!!!I can’t sign back in. I don’t use the same phone number. When I get the OTP on my email it still requires the old phone number. I’ve been trying to get in touch with your costumer support, but it requires access to the same old number I no longer use, like confirming OTP via email is not good enough, I hope you understand how frustrating that is when you can’t even contact the costumer support.
