Some of the series I was watching just disappeared today and there is no way to find out why

Customer service is way bellow average. Can't solve problem for 2 days and chat is annoying. Otherwise good but lack of lots of classic cinema, only low budget new movies.

When am I searching for one movie or any other anime it won’t show that particular one but it always shows about Spider-Man..If you don’t have the episodes or any movies what people are searching on Netflix then directly display that no results found but don’t show like these are simile kind of movies..
