  • Doesn’t work and takes money for free period

    The app collects money when you click test period, despite of mentioning that it has free 7 days to check its working. And this VPN doesn’t work in Russia at all, but it costed me for 4.99. Hope Apple will delete this app from App Store.

  • No easy way to refund automatic charge for this “free” app

    I’ve just download this “free” app and when it installed it automatically charged me USD 4.99 from my Apple Store-linked bank card. I don’t have Avira account. I didn’t like the “free” app and want to refund this automatic charge for the “free” app, but it doesn’t seem even possible to submit a refund request because I don’t have Avira account (I didn’t register at Avira website, I just downloaded their “free” app). What can I do now?! Why is it so difficult?!
