화원농협 이맑은김치는 오랫동안 쌓아온 노하우를 바탕으로 절임배추와 함께 20가지의 다양한 김치를 생산합니다.
엄선된 우리 농산물만을 사용하여 건강한 먹거리를 드립니다. 자연 그대로의 맛을 식탁으로 옮겨 드리고자 천혜의 자연환경에서 자라난 원재료 하나하나를 까다롭게 선별하여 사용합니다.
해남 가을 및 겨울 배추의 경우 조합원들과의 계약재배를 통해 농협 직원들이 직접 관리하여 고품질 배추를 생산하고 있으며, 고객에게는 건강한 먹거리를 농가에는 안정적인 소득원을 제공합니다.
전통방식 그대로 손수 표고찹쌀풀 및 다시마육수를 만들며, 진액이 아닌 멸치젓, 새우젓을 직접 갈아 사용하여 원재료 맛이 살아 있습니다.
안전한 먹거리를 전달하기 위해 엄격한 식품의약품안전처 HACCP 기준으로 생산됩니다. 생산되고 있는 제품에 대한 이화학검사(염도,당도,pH)를 통해 균일한 맛을 제공하고 있으며, 안전한 제품 생산을 위해 주기적으로 미생물검사를 실시하고 있습니다. 자체적인 검사뿐만 아니라 외부기관 의뢰를 통해 철저하게 관리되고 있습니다.
