耆康會於2017年獲「香港賽馬會慈善信託基金–行政長官社區計劃」支持，於2020年推出專為香港人而設的休閒健腦遊戲 –「智有腦」。
「智有腦」為普羅大眾及有健腦需要人士而設，遊戲透過角色扮演，鍛煉5個角色的專屬能力：記憶力、手眼協調、集中力、心算力及判斷力，同時也兼顧訓練其他能力，通關遊戲後可獲經驗值升級角色頭銜，以及賺取金幣換領物品。
