月嫂经专项考核与体检，按等级对应34–67项母婴护理清单，涵盖新生儿照料与产妇恢复，平台设培训学校持续保障专业性。

订单默认投保人身与财产双保险，问题经APP客服反馈、专人跟进，退费与更换以签订的服务协议为准。
