「團隊挑戰 36」自 1998 開始舉辦，是一項大型的越野跑賽事。參加者以隊制形式參與一系列的挑戰項目，當中包括登山、野外定向、單車、緣繩下降、團隊活動、溪流旅程等。活動目的為透過有益身心的挑戰活動，加強參加者的意志力及團隊合作精神。
隨著活動發展，除了年度的大型賽事外，「團隊挑戰 36」近年以不同的型式出現，當中包括季度的小型賽事及個別挑戰項目的體驗日，當中定有一款你會喜歡參與。
機構簡介
香港小童群益會創立於1936年，屬本地歷史最悠久的兒童服務機構之一。本著「培育新一代．攜手創未來」的宗旨，本會一直關注兒童及青少年的身心均衡發展及推動營造有利兒童成長的社會環境，讓他們健康快樂成長。
因應社會環境的急速發展，本會近年的服務推動「及早介入」的概念，特別針對為學前或有特別成長需要的兒童提供服務，同時亦加強家庭及家長支援的工作。
透過遍佈全港超過174個服務點的廣泛網絡，本年度本會服務人數超過129,000名，會員人數超過8萬，力求發揚本會「群策．群力．群益」的信念。
