خرج المؤتمر ب(125) توصية، مقسمة على عدد من الأصعدة، وهي: السياسات الأقتصادية الكلية، تمكين القطاع الخاص وتنفيذ سياسة ملكية الدولة للأصول وتعزيز الحياد التنافسي، تشجيع وحفز الاستثمار المحلي والأجنبي، تشجيع الصادرات، التوصيات القطاعية.
