The L sound is almost always learned through home practice, and ÄlläTreeni is an effective tool for this.
The application was developed in collaboration with Finnish speech therapists. It contains a variety of tasks for practicing pronunciation using various gamified exercises, following the structure used in speech therapy for learning L. The application also includes comprehensive instructional videos from a speech therapist.
ÄlläTreeni is suitable for children of all ages. However, we recommend that an adult and child use ÄlläTreeni together, so that the adult can support the child when necessary and at the same time spend quality time learning together.
