I haven’t used Snapchat for a long time and the day I decided to use Snapchat I couldn’t log in and it said I was banned for promoting drugs 🙄. I don’t even do drugs!!!

I just wanted to know why my snapchat isn't updating?! I only got the new font options but I still have the "old" interface. Would suggest giving the option of allowing you when deleting your chats to delete the pics within them also. Otherwise y'all are doing a great job

Hey so I’ve had my Snapchat account for about 4 to 5 years and I love it, however my account isn’t connecting to my WiFi while all other apps are. I reported this twice and I left my email so your team can reach me, I haven’t received any email or response from the report I made via the app. Can you please help me?? I love Snapchat and I don’t want to lose my saved snaps.

My flash icon isn’t coming up and I’m also unable to tap on my icon which brings up my stories
