This app is not only hot as good as it used to be, but it CANT BE USED free. It’s a lie. They let you make a video, but forget to mention that after you put in say about half an hours work putting it together working out how you can get your own music on there because heaven forbid it interact with your garage band files or anything, and you’ve worked out all the foibles of the app to get your videos smoothly playing together, ONLY to go tk save it and you’re told you can’t save it without being pro… 😡 bloody disgraceful. Shouldn’t be allowed to come up on search for ‘free’ video editing app, and I’m finding all of them either demand full access to your camera roll AND iTunes, or payment, or both. I’ve been without a video editing app since I updated iMovie and it would not let me proceed without giving it full access to my camera roll where it had always only had limited access. 😡Internet searches and apps have gotten so much worse over the last five years, I don’t understand how tech companies can be so inept.

I made a 3 minute music video back in September for an A Level, paid £7.99 monthly since then along with paying for Apple Music for the background song. Recently, I went back on to edit the video and all the clips were black and missing. I decided to re do the video, paying £9.99 for a better upgrade - but didn’t work (ads were still coming up etc.) I then decided to pay another £7.99 for the original upgrade - which worked for around 5 minutes until the music wasn’t downloading and it wouldn’t link to the Apple Music I had just paid for. I then deleted the app and re downloaded it hoping it would work. But, after going back on the app it is just asking me for another £7.99. After around £40 just today/yesterday with no luck it is very disappointing. Especially how there isn’t a contact email/number for help.

I would like it if it was possible to remove the “made with video editor” sign off the video because the montage I need to make soon is very important and unfortunately it’s very unprofessional. I like how it has its own non copywrite songs and access if you so wish to your video library but I don’t like how it doesn’t have access to songs on the internet per say as you have to pay at some extent to use your library which I’m not standing to do at this time. Other than this the app is easy and simple to use which is really helpful and handy.

I paid for an annual subscription everything was fine, offered a discount on renewal, ie remove watermark/stop ads, worked for a month, started asking for money again thinking a I hadn’t paid for a full year I renewed again for one year, Apple confirmed payment and a refund of the previous payment. App is still asking for money to remove watermark and running annoying ads I have to wait until they finish. Apple told me to contact developer, I’ve done that but no response. I will have to go somewhere else, I can’t use the videos with watermarks on them. It’s a shame because this is a good app
