Fun and relaxing, with small bugs

I bought this game after playing the physical version at a friend’s house. It’s very enjoyable and, unlike a lot of other games, doesn’t seem to cause any arguments in our house, which is a big bonus! It has a nice relaxing soundtrack and cool visuals. There are a few issues that I’ve picked up on though, after playing about 5 online matches and 5 offline:- Twice, when I’ve been playing online, when achievements are being given at the end, it shows who won the first achievement and there’s a weird glitch where the image vibrates and as soon as you tap the screen, it skips to the rankings at the end and I’m sure it makes the points get messed up too. For example, I was coming second before the achievements were added, then was beaten by the person coming third who had less achievements than I did (none of mine were panoramas, which are given during play). - I would like it if you could have two people on the same device with different characters playing online. There may be an option for this, but we were unable to find it and had to share the same character to play online together. - if someone online stops playing, please could they be switched to AI, at least temporarily after a couple of minutes of inactivity? Four of us reached the very end, just before the inn of day 4 and I gave up waiting after about 10 mins and had to quit. This makes me feel less comfortable about playing online and even more so with more people, making it more likely someone is going to drop out. - the tutorial box needs to be unticked every time I play on my iPad, as I went through the tutorial on my iPhone. Please make sure it stays off if I have unticked it previously. - tapping “ok” twice during encounters and panoramas is slightly frustrating. Please change this to one tap. It’s so small and out of the way anyway, I can’t imagine many people accidentally tapping it and nothing is lost if they do (maybe keep it as two taps for the temples and shops? But even this seems unnecessary to me). - when looking for a “room” online, there only ever seems to be one or two available, even when there’s about 100 people online. Surely there are more rooms that people have created, but I should probably feel lucky, after reading other people haven’t been able to play online at all. - it would be nice to have a link to some instructions rather than having to search online for them. Hopefully the developers see this and are able to implement a few of the changes. If they do see this, you’ve done a great job in general and it’s still fun to play :) thanks

I love the game and the aesthetics but online play is so buggy. In multiple online games, I have had to exit because it has crashed, which is extremely frustrating as we were so close to the end. I think there should also be a warning about the time limit when it comes to playing online before automatically being kicked out of the room. Joining a room with friends has also proved difficult despite us all being online. If these issues were fixed, it’d be a 5* review.

Amazing game - if you like board games then you'll love this. But please can you switch back to giving a choice of 2 cards for character selection at the start (as per the board game rules) rather than having a free selection, or ideally the option of choosing either approach.

I initially discovered the board game but found the app which was cheaper and more interactive so I went for it. Lovely graphics and music. The game is simple but the point scoring is in the details. I can’t wait to play this with my friends with the multiplayer mode!
