The TempDrop app is specifically for use with the TempDrop bbt digital sensor. Using TempDrop has had a huge impact on the accuracy of my temperature data. Not having to wake up at the same time every day! Not having to worry about my temps being affected by getting up to pee or feed the cat! Not having to wonder if I’m positioning the bbt thermometer right every time! Not having to stick a thermometer anywhere uncomfortable! TempDrop collects data all night long and uses this to give you a bbt for the night. After two months of use the algorithms on the app reach a higher level of accuracy, having learnt your individual patterns. In addition, for each new data input the app adjusts your last three days temps to be even more accurate. Overall a device and app that allows you to collect very accurate data with maximum ease. I wouldn’t go without one now!

This app is specifically designed for use with a Tempdrop sensor. A wearable device that measures your BBT through out the night. Having used a traditional BBT and having to wake early this is a game changer. The sensor has been updated recently and now has a more accessible battery and the carrier band is much more comfortable. The app itself has also come along way in the last few years, It is now very reliable. Easy to navigate and simple to use.

This is such an amazing piece of equipment & App for understanding your menstrual cycles - not just for using as a contraceptive method but to really understand, and appreciate, the impact hormonal changes has upon the individual person. The support, both technical & educational, is second to none. What I have learnt from using this device & App, by far outweighs the knowledge I gained from education and as a menstruating female/mother. I’ve been a user for over 4 years now & I cannot recommend this enough - all my close female friends also use it!

Basic features hidden behind a paywall

Major regrets for having purchased my Tempdrop. Focusing on the app: it hides the most basic information behind a paywall, but even if you were happy to buy the subscription after having forked out the armband, the insights are you get are very basic. I hated how much the app tried to nudge me to share detailed personal info with them „for research“, at this point it seems ridiculous: being milked like a cash cow and then trying to elicit the most personal data from customers for free by obscuring the opt out options
