so this is a good game but once you get to level 5 you have to pay. All I want to say is I don’t want to pay money to be a star rider to play this game. I know you sometimes do some like 30% off but it’s still too expensive so maybe add like a 7 day free trial or something? I would really appreciate it! (EDIT 1) so I deleted it. Bc I didn’t want to pay. I downloaded it again. Created a new account. It says "press play ur horse is waiting for ur cuddles!" girly pops I can’t even press play. Pls fix that, and no, the screen doesn’t turn white, I just press play and the play button goes onto the horse running for like 1 sec then stays on the home screen with all the news. (I play on mobile) (EDIT 2) also, I can’t find my review so I can’t see your response, but if you said have you tried to clear your cashe (if that’s how you spell it) then could you explain to me what the cashe is and where do you locate it (EDIT 3) it’s finally fixed! I can play now! I just figured out that some tack costs 1 star coin and some cost the other currency in the game! (EDIT 4) omg I’m so sorry but I logged out to make a new account because I didn’t like the horse I had but then I couldn’t because I didn’t delete the account so it said I already have one but I try and log back in and it doesn’t work please can u delete my account I was Harper Eastriver if u can do that I would appreciate it! ❤️

I’ve played starstable for about 4-6 years and i’ve loved it, the horses, animals, races quests are great but some were a bit hard or i was just a bit silly, star stable is a great game and i love it loads i just think lowering the prices a bit wouldn’t hurt i understand everyone need to make money for it but it’s just many people aren’t able to explore all of jorvik, say for example genshin it’s completely f2p if you want and you can still travel to places and you can even make gems to buy things with it would be nice if we could do quests for about 15-50 starcoins, i have realised it is quite hard to save on star stable because of the new sets, horses and stuff like the constantly coming out and we do love the horses but you could slow it down. i really wanted a paso fino since they came out but i just don’t have the money and it’s hard to save as there is also clothes i want, so maybe adding star coins to some quests would be really really cool and maybe more people would play/ start playing again as starstable costs alottt. it would also be soooooo coool if we could have hater ropes or we are able to put our horse in a paddock and they run around and stuff. we need halter ropes because we have halters but no halter rope. i hope you guys read my review and consider some of the things i said, i really cat wait to find out if any of this could become something in starstable - Lucy Cloverlake

Dear the creators of Star Stable, I have been playing sso long enough to find out that it’s a very addictive game; however, it is one of my favourites. There are a few things that do need fixing but overall it is truely a great game. Expensive: Star stable is free until level 5, which is debatable. When I first got the game I was lucky enough to get it with star rider. Being a star rider means you can roam the map and get more quests to level up. It is not free unless you get: codes or someone to buy it for you. The price to get a horse is free if you save up with your weekly star coins from star rider, without star rider it is completely impossible to save ( unless you buy star coins ). Star coins are quite expensive, but I understand that that’s the way you make your money, however; it would make more sense for you to lower your prices a tiny bit. Selling horses: When you have brought a horse, you ride it all the time. Most people max their horses the day they get them.. then hardly ride them again = to selling them. Selling horses can be quite sentimental as you have riden the horse/ pony and fell in love with it, whilst you buy new horses; it is more likely for you to sell your old horses. It makes no sense for you to buy a horse for star coins WHICH YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR then when you sell them get Jorvik shillings… Thank you for taking your time to read this, Kind regards, Isla Ravenwin

I hear a lot of bad things about the customer support at SSO which is why I really wanted to give my opinion. There may of been a time when they had a dip of professionalism but once this was spoken up about, from what I can tell, they’ve really upped their game. Personally in the 7+ years of consistent playing and countless reports/issues sent they’ve always worked their hardest to help and understand. I’ve never had a problem with any reply or service given to me in fact they may be one of the best customer services I’ve talked to, they have all been very kind & eager to help even with the most bizarre issues I’ve had with performance (my end usually not theirs). I think the longest wait for a reply I had was about 5 days back in 2019 but in recent years I’ve been getting reply’s in sometimes under an hour! With rare times I’ve had to report players they’ve always been straight on it which I appreciate greatly as compared to some games they do have a concern for their community. Overall from my experience they are efficient and have a great team going, please always reach out to them if you have an issue as you may get a better reply than you expect but do remember they are real busy people so make sure to email for the right issues and don’t try to spam or exploit the game.
