New update - interrupting game

Hi, I really like sally spa. I’ve actually restarted the game 4 times because I’d end up running out of money to complete levels. So this time I got my furtherest by being smarter with how I used the coins. And I’ll definitely complete the game this time. However despite only have about 20 levels left, I’m losing motivation after the added update to the game which is extremely frustrating! I definitely would have given up long ago on this game if the update had come sooner. So, my problem is the in game tips that are quite frequent and interrupt me doing every level now. I don’t need the tips as I’ve been playing the game ages, and if it was just a few levels of it fine. But each tip repeats every level! It even forces me to give coffee cups to people I didn’t want to by pausing the game and forcing me only to give the cup to the person the game wants me to in order to resume the game. It interrupts my flow and some levels I end up losing because of this. It even cancels out the customers I’ve clicked on every so often so I have to think “who was I going to next” when I’d already decided. Please get rid of it or make it so it only displays when the item is new for the tip because it’s extremely annoying.

I’ve loved this game and played it years ago and recently downloaded it again. However, I feel like the greed for spending money on in-game purchases is too much and really takes away from a longstanding iconic game. There’s no way to make money if you can’t pass a level, without spending real money of course and some levels are just too difficult, even having spent nearly £20 on getting upgrades like staff I can still only barely pass a level. I’m now at a point where I have no coins left to buy things like candles, and since there’s no way to get extra coins, I’m left between either spending more money to buy coins, or waiting a month to rack up enough daily gift bonuses to afford things. Please fix these issues as I really love this game!

I love this game. But I think they should have some options for free coins watching adds or making no tickets while visiting old cities that we already played. Also my game is facing a technical glitch when I changed my phone. Standby flights was 8 hours before now it takes me 16 hours which takes a whole day for me to play again. I texted customer care but no reply. Also if for everything we have to pay in the game , they should something give offers and discounts for the paid purchases. Sometime a have to wait 15-16 days to collect money from daily bound and buy staffs.
