I have a grievance to give.You have made a feature where there are milestones in which one can attain and you have labelled this under the title of 'Achievements'.The feature in itself is a great idea but its functionality is lacking.I do not believe that it is correct that we cannot display the achievement of our choosing.Especially when, after you have reset your counter, the achievements functions fall into error and stay at the point that you last accomplished (so your very first streak).Before my first relapse I made my way to the ‘Fortress’ achievement. But I have now worked my way up and surpassed that, now accomplishing ‘Guardian’.But it is as if my efforts have not been rightly awarded as I cannot even display this achievement because it is stuck on the ‘Fortress’. I can see that ‘Guardian’ has been achieved but I just cannot select to display it. This issues cannot even be mitigated because as I said, you do not offer the feature to select the 'achievement' in which one wants to display.I would like to be able to open my app and be hit with the tangible success of my efforts, rather than to be stuck on a previous milestone.Why have a trophy selection and be forced to only display the one someone else has chosen for you. Where is the autonomy?Are these not my trophies? Should I not have a say in the ones that I would like to display?P.S. January has passed and the videos have not been made accessible to the public yet? May I ask what is the hold up?

The app has a lot of great ideas and features. Namely, it’s user friendly, the user interface is efficient and compact with a lot of different features. The overall design quality of the app is of a high standard which makes the price feel very reasonable. I personally think the leaderboard, and post areas are a great addition which encourage users to persist in their goals. The only real issue I have is functionality. First time I used the app, the internet filter didn’t work at all despite following the steps to activate it. I had to redownload the app to get it to work, and by doing so, I lost all the data I put into the app; journal entries, reasons to quit, my posts. My streak. I can look past this, but it is frustrating and unfortunate. Additionally, there’s an option to edit how long you’ve been abstaining for which even after redownloading still doesn’t work on my phone so my streak is now inaccurate. I also noticed that when reading community posts in the app, I was able to upvote a post multiple times which I assumed was a bug as that would portray an inaccurate number of times a post has been upvoted by different users.Overall, I would recommend this app. It has a great purpose which has been executed well with a few practical resources that make it feel like a proactive journey in the app. There are functionality issues which compromise the usage of the app, but I could foresee these easily being ironed out, and as much as they’re not ideal, they don’t make it a deal breaker for the app.

It is a good app to help you with your goal, but when it comes to the subscriptions it is an absolute scam. Twice now i have paid for the “lifetime subscription” and both times it hasn’t worked but has taken the money anyway (i managed to get only one refunded by apple). And i also tried to get a 7 day free trial, and i was charged the monthly fee anyway. Everytime this has happened i emailed the company and they said they were working on a fix, then released a fix and still it doesn’t work. The way this app works the subscriptions is a joke and i’m starting to think it is a cash grab. Yes, it helps to achieve your goals and is really good in that sense, based on that the app is 5 stars. But the subscription issues just ruin it completely.

This app is locked behind a paywall the moment you finish the questionnaire and you are hastilyrushed into making a purchase by “limited time offers”, “9 spots left”, “this offer will be gone forever when this page is closed”.Once you finally get into the app you realise that for £10 more you could have paid for a lifetime subscription. Except when you buy the lifetime subscription, you don’t actually receive it and it’s not reflected as such within the app.Once your rolling paid subscription lapses or your trial expires then you are then completely locked out of the app with no ability to even try to restore your lifetime subscription.Developer is not responsive, only to inform you that there are no refunds.Apple in my case refunded my yearly subscription that was hastily pushed in my face during signup (as why do I need a yearly AND a lifetime subscription?). Apple refused to refund my lifetime purchase despite the fact that I had ample proof that I couldn’t even access the application without taking out a free trial (in which I STILL couldn’t restore my lifetime purchase).The only way to refund this is under the right to withdraw clause - Somehow “I didn’t receive what I paid for” is not eligible?! Several calls to Apple have finally resolved this.Disgraceful developer and disgusting practices.
