Routines aren't a nice-to-have for families of neurodivergent children — they're load-bearing structure. When the routine breaks, the day breaks.
Onflow is a visual timetable app for parents of children with autism, ADHD, or both. It's made by a parent who lives this every day, not by a team chasing a market.
WHAT MAKES ONFLOW DIFFERENT
— Pictures first, words optional. Your child can follow a routine on their own even if they can't read yet.
— A now-and-next board in your pocket. One step at a time, with what's coming next waiting quietly underneath.
— Calm by default. No flashing animations, no jarring sounds, no streaks to break, no "you failed" moments.
— Two apps in one: a setup side for you, and a distraction-free child side. Coming back out needs a 4-digit parent code.
— Sensory settings per child. Three themes (Calm, Bright, High contrast), chosen separately for each child in your family.
— Local-first. Onflow runs fully offline. Nothing leaves your device.

— You say when each routine happens — morning, mid-day, afternoon, evening, night or anytime — and your child's screen groups by that, leading with what's happening now
— Optional timers per step, with three calm visualisations: shrinking circle, draining bar, colour shift
— A guided first run that sets up your first child and timetable in under a minute
— On a tablet, the whole routine sits beside the current step
— Back up and restore your timetables to move to a new device
WHAT ONFLOW IS NOT
— Not a behaviour tracker. We don't grade your child.
— No streaks. Missing a day doesn't break a chain or punish anyone.
— A late start is never treated as a miss. A routine whose time has passed is labelled honestly as "earlier today" — still there, still tappable.
— No ads. Ever. Not even at the free tier.
— No account needed to start. Open the app, add your child, build a timetable. Done.
— No sticker rewards or gamification. Some families love them, others find them harmful — so we don't ship one.
PRIVACY
Onflow works fully offline and your child's data lives on your device. Cloud backup is strictly opt-in — leave it off and nothing ever leaves your phone. Either way we never sell your data and ship no third-party trackers, analytics SDKs or ad networks.
The picture symbols are Mulberry Symbols, shared under a Creative Commons licence. They're free to every Onflow user, on every tier.

The free tier is genuinely useful: one child profile, every routine feature above, no ads, no sign-up — forever. No "limited mode", no time-bombed features.

— Routine reminders that nudge the day along gently, so steps don't slip
— Activity log — which steps your child finished or skipped, and how long each took, so you can quietly see what's working

Onflow Family is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) with a 7-day free trial. The price is shown in-app before purchase and billed to your Apple Account; it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
