This is a fantastic app for all specialties but I have never been able to post a comment, the commands just don’t respond. It’s a shame because there are a number of interesting discussions following the varied and interesting research news reports (although a few low quality and pharma funded ones should be dropped) This is very frustrating as sometimes I do feel I have something relevant to contribute. I have asked support many times over several years but have never been provided with a solution. In addition the App seems to have a mind of its own and plugs me into other specialties. It is quite difficult to navigate back to my own. Often I don’t even get a reply from support. Please fix this Medscape.

This is an application that would actually be worth paying for. It's free so that is one great thing about it.what's even better you can get the references in offline mode but it won't load the memory with videos and pictures which i think it's good. you can access them online if you want. This app does its job and it's a treasure for med students at least. I've had it for a few days now and I check it constantly. Good Job and thanks!

Previous versions were much cleaner and ad free. Now it's too crowded too complex and too slow because of ads and all the things going on. Please simplify the UI to make it more usable.

I love Medscape, but I can’t stand the fact that on iPads which cannot support iPad os, we are forced to put up with a version similar to the iphone version, where everything is in one column. Before the ipad version allowed one to see the topics while reading through the article.
