This app is getting worse every month, nothing makes sense. I'm cancelling my subscription. Its like a punishment being on premium. Its meant to be better when you are paying. You can't top up credits so you have to wait for the new month and then it's giving me error message for a whole three weeks. I'm going to have my IT friends to see if this is legal. The most frustrating AI app ever!!
Ridiculous Credit Usage

The upscaling quality is excellent, but the credit system is completely ridiculous. I purchased 7,000 credits expecting, as stated on their own website, to be able to upscale a good number of images. In practice, 7,000 credits gave me only eight upscales - it was used up in a matter of hours. It’s a shame, because the product itself is technically impressive — but this kind of opaque pricing and credit burn makes it unusable for artists on a budget.UPDATE: Contacted them to check this wasn’t an error and no, they confirmed that a user on basic account level gets just a handful of images for their £7.99 a month. Their attitude was basically “tough luck”. It’s left a Really sour taste in my mouth. Needless to say I won’t be paying them anymore money.
Cannot see my credit consumption history

I am a premium user. They have changed the App such that i can no longer see these options: {Upscale, Reimagine, Retouch}. I paid for Upscale and this tool is not available in the App. I thought that they buried it Edit with AI. But no. This thing is broken. 3 times I’ve used and 3 times it told me of “Server overload error.” Have i been billed though? Freepik has the shadiest credit consumption history. So if a tool failed, Freepik does not want you to know if it still billed your yearly credits.

This app kept crashing, took all of my credits even when it said it couldn’t connect to the server. Produced very poor video quality and had a strange Indian voiceover to my videos. I purchased the £7.99 option but have asked Apple for a refund. Really disappointed.
