I’m not exaggerating when I say this app is amazing, there isn’t one problem with it in my opinion and gives me the resources to be able to spend my time revising rather than searching, there are so many features to this app and best of all it is FREE! I am so happy I found this app and It has really helped me in all my subjects, I am going into year 11 in a few weeks (summer holidays) and using this app I have gone over all the year 10 content and even learned ahead, I recommend this app to ANYONE who is in education no matter what age because there are resources for everyone, and the app even helps me with homework and revision topics and has ai which literally tells me what to do. Could not recommend this app more 10/10. I am a real person not a fake review , if you want to get good grades DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!,

First of all, I am rating Knowunity a 4 stars, because it’s such an AMAZING app which really helped boost my grades!!!! 😍😍 Whenever I struggle with content regarding any subjects, I go straight to Knowunity and find Grade 9 notes on it easily!! Not to mention the SchoolGPT is really helpful and the way it just directs you to the question or the content you were asking for is so smart in my opinion. NOW, the reason why I rated it a 4 stars and not a 3, or anything below, is because it just has a slight problem. Whenever I go on Knowunity, it keeps showing “No internet connection” like I mean repeatedly. It happened before but then it fixed after 2 WEEKS by itself, I really dont know how but yeah. 🤷♀️🤷♀️ I was really upset because it was the month of my exams and I was planning to use it. Today, whilst writing this review, the same problem keeps happening, and guess what… MY EXAMS START NEXT MONTH!! Knowunity, please reply to this, and explain the reason, because I logged on my laptop, my PC on the online version and now on my Ipad (the actual app), it keeps showing “No internet connection” too.. OVERALL, it’s an amazing app DEFINITELY recommend because it literally gives you free grade 9 notes, like who would want to miss out?? 😧😧😧

I love this app so much, I find it very useful when looking for topics I need to revise on for tests, or just doing revision in general, I love the idea that everyone is helping each other with notes. One problem that really gets on my nerves with this app though is how difficult it is to upload content though. I spent ages on a page of my own notes that I wrote myself that I wanted to upload, but the team ended up rejecting it, saying that it looked like I had screenshotted it from a textbook, just because I had drawn my own diagram on it, even though my handwriting was the same, proving that I definitely wrote it myself. Not only this, but when you crop an image to upload it, it squashes all of your writing together, making in unreadable, leading to many other of my notes being rejected because they look unreadable. Apart from these issues, the app is very detailed and fairly easy to use, would recommend.

What I believe is good and bad about the app

I love the app for its easy help with homework and revision and its ability to contact people who may be able to help with work. But the app has a few issues like chat bars not showing anymore in profiles ( I am now unable to ask and give help to others who are taking my subject) and constantly having something pop up saying issue. It may just be my phone but I know some other people who struggle with this. I feel that it should be free to download peoples posts as some people may need to revise away from home and it is difficult to find WiFi to load the app and its many features. I also think it would be beneficial if ai and people could send videos as it will help people have a more flowing guide on how to get the correct working out for a question. This is all I have to say and PLEASE FIX THE BUGS ITS DRIVING ME INSANE.
