Hulo lures you in with an initial £30 payment, which you might accept thinking it unlocks a full suite of features. Think again. That’s just the beginning of its relentless cash drain.Want to create videos? That’ll be £5 for just 5 videos. And if the app completely botches the output which it often does then has the nerve to ask, “Would you like to regenerate?” Of course you do, because what it generated has zero resemblance to the image you uploaded. But every “regeneration” costs another £1. So yes, you’re literally paying to correct its mistakes.After multiple attempts and wasted money, it still doesn’t get it right. No refund. No credit. Just more charges. It feels like Hulo is built not to delight users, but to milk them dry while delivering poor, inaccurate results.I’m absolutely sick of these money-grabbing, half-baked apps that promise creativity and convenience, then deliver stress and hidden costs. Hulo is a textbook example of a digital scam in app form. Don’t waste your time or money avoid it like the plague.

I downloaded this app expecting the advertised service, only to be completely misled. After paying £6.99 twice in a short period, I was barely able to generate one low-quality video that looked absolutely nothing like the image I uploaded. Worse still, even bad results are deducted from your usage, meaning you’re paying nearly £7 each week for one failed attempt!There is no proper free trial — you’re asked to subscribe immediately, and they hide the fact that after one attempt, you must pay again to create anything more. This is blatant false advertising and deeply unethical.Looking at the countless negative reviews, it’s clear this app is a complete rip-off. I cancelled immediately, but not before losing my money. I am sick and tired of apps not giving what they promise. Apps that ask you to pay immediately before you can do anything to even try the app out are suspect immediate - and this app is no exception. Expects you to pay before you can take even a single photos to try it out. Avoid if you want to ensure you are not disappointed. To the app developers put your money where your mouth is and give a trial for at least a couple of days as a minimum. If you don’t do that we have to assume all your claims are false. Which they probably are.
