Downloaded on a whim on a bored Friday afternoon, wow, what a game, been playing it for nearly 4 hours straight... now I’m in trouble for not cooking dinner... looks like takeaway. Then back to the game .....love it!!!! Thx 👍 Update: still loving this game, keep up the good work in making this game so addictive. Still loving it, it’s champion🏆🏆🏆UPDATE: April 2023, still loving this game, including all its little quirks, but I just wish I could but extra helps to pass some of the more difficult levels, I have nearly 3 million coins and it feels like I’m collecting for the sake of collecting coins, they are of no benefit at all. There is so little you can purchase with the coins, everything needs the rubies, seems somewhat unfair. UPDATE: October 2023. Well I’m still playing the game. I really love it. But as I said before with now well over 3.1/2 million coins which I’m still collecting for the sake of, being restricted to only using gems to buy anything, it get really frustrating. I’m sure you guys come come up with something in the game that can be bought with coins instead of gems, I’m sure I’m not the only person who loves the game, but thinks the coins should be used rather than just racking up coins. 🤔🤔🤔UPDATE APRIL 2024, Sherlock is my go to game of choice, happy to spend a hour or three playing the levels, still loving it! 👍UPDATE APRIL 2025, still loving the game 🥰But now have over 4million coins and can’t use them. Collecting coins for coins sake, is such a waste. Why can’t you guys give us the ability to purchase hints with the coins to help on the difficult levels.

Thank you for the response to my original review, (at the bottom of this text).I appreciate it particularly as not all developers take time to respond. For this, I think you deserve an extra star. As stated below, I still think this element of game can be improved. You suggested to use tools (which I do if I have any available), but I tend to only have very few of these and I am not prepared to buy them. The point is that sometimes even with tools it is impossible to pass levels as the items that needs removing are not even on the grid. If you use extra tools and still not able to pass the level it is even more frustrating. Passing match 3 could sometimes use you entire energy up - so not really much fun!!! I rarely fail the hidden object element so failing 10 times in a row on match 3 is very very frustrating. Again you can argue, that perhaps I have a choice - I don’t need to play match 3 to progress through levels, and you are right. I do like that part too, though. So, if you can please improve, let us use the coins we acquired to buy the tools or make it time limited rather than moves limited. I am not asking you to make it too easy, just possible. Thanks ….Some match 3 take too many attempts. Furthermore, when the task is to remove 3satchels, in limited number of moves and often the third does not even appear on screen in within that limit, this is very frustrating. So maybe remove limited moves feature?…..

Love the game, but not enough insensitive to keep playing, I find I’m throwing money at the game and getting very little back, otherwise I would continue playing, I played the game a couple of years ago and gave up on it as I was spending a lot of money on it and felt I got very little back, so I will carry on playing for a while but will probably give up on it soon. Have read your reply and of course you are right, perhaps I’m just not that good at it! Please keep it going though. Xoom finding the game quite enjoyable but harder as it goes on, things going better thanks Still enjoying the game. I still enjoy the game, but was surprised when it suddenly stopped to change the month and all the keys and parcels disappeared too, I had been collecting them, and nothing to show for it!, Yes very interesting, good to play Really enjoyed playing this game, but when the keys and the boxes finish there’s no incentive to play as much, I love the crystal collection and the boat racing, because I play a lot the bonuses run out quickly and it’s a bit deflating. Love the game but still the same problems with it shutting down and then I have to play catch up with other players, expecting more bonuses as it’s Christmas, Well Christmas is over and I look forward to Easter to see what you guys have for us, I still love the game and the gifts have improved, thanks for game xx 11th of march 2025 I’m still enjoying the game and thank you to all the people who made it, xx Well, still here even though it’s costing me a lot to play, but can’t give up now,! Game still breaks down and I lose the game and all I’ve put into it, not fair so sort it out please x

If you are looking for a nicely done hidden object game, here is one. It’s all bound together by a story playing out in a library and it’s books and the scenes from the books provide the background for the hidden object game. As usual they are getting harder with each level reached but stay fair as in you can find everything clearly if you look hard enough. I like the option of bypassing one or another of the scenes that I’m not too keen on by playing match-three instead, a nice touch. You can play the game without any in game purchases which I also find fair but as usual it speeds things up a bit if you do buy the occasional ruby or two. All in all a very well put together game, proper English too and amusing reading in between if you like that sort of background story reading.
