Grimsborough hasn't forgotten you, Detective. 56 murder cases, 6 districts, one conspiracy — the original that started it all is waiting for your return.
A murder has been reported in Grimsborough, Detective. Grab your badge — the Chief is waiting.
Criminal Case is the original hidden object detective game: the award-winning phenomenon that has turned more than 100 million players into detectives since 2012. Search crime scenes for clues, examine the evidence, interrogate the suspects — and when the proof is solid, arrest the killer yourself.
INVESTIGATE CRIME SCENES
Every case starts at the scene of the crime. Search gorgeous hand-drawn locations for hidden objects and vital clues, race the clock for the best score, and earn the stars that move your investigation forward.
RUN THE LAB
Take your findings to the forensics team. Analyze samples, decode messages, reconstruct torn documents and match fingerprints. In Grimsborough, every detail talks — if you know how to listen.
INTERROGATE THE SUSPECTS
Bring witnesses and suspects in for questioning. Compare their statements with the facts, catch them lying, and profile your killer trait by trait until only one name is left.
ARREST THE KILLER
Most mystery games end when you find the last object. Criminal Case is where it gets serious: match the evidence to your suspects and put the right one behind bars. Get it wrong, and a killer walks free.
ONE CITY. 56 CASES. ONE CONSPIRACY.
From the smokestacks of the Industrial Area to the runways of the Airport, the six districts of Grimsborough hide 56 murder cases — and the deeper you dig, the clearer it becomes that they are all connected.
THE ORIGINAL, SINCE 2012
Facebook Game of the Year 2013. More than 100 million detectives worldwide. The classic that defined crime investigation games on mobile — still updated, still free, still one of a kind.

The killer thinks they got away with it, Detective. Prove them wrong.
To begin with the first few levels are quite easy and quick. The downside is pop up adverts can become annoying. However for a nominal fee you can choose to play without them. If you do you still have option to watch a few adverts to boost your energy supply. After a few levels you can see a pattern emerge in the way it reveals new scenes. Once you crack that you can progress through the game much quicker. The game will offer you energy boosts and the best bet is to save them until you really need them. When you have finished a chapter don’t waste your excess stars on unlocks or cards, swap them for energy boosts when you unlock a new case.I get why some reviews complain about adverts and the game bei f slow but if your smart about how you go about you can avoid those gripes and enjoy the main point of the game to find objects in scenes.
Awful waste of time

This game wastes so much time it's unreal, it'll have you search a crime scene, give you massive points for pointing random objects, usually only one being relevant. Requires you to get stars to move the case along which takes forever because even though it gives you lots of points for solving crime scenes in 12 seconds (my average) you have to search a crime scene several times just to get stars with it serving no purpose to the investigation. At one point the coroner told me the murderer was 100% male and then it added a woman to the suspects list :S it doesn't give you enough energy to farm stars and they don't carry over from earlier investigations. Takes real time hours for forensic teams to do anything, won't let you solve the murder until you've got every piece of evidence which it spoon feeds you but then requires stars you don't have to analyse which you get by doing the same crime scene over and over with no relevance to the investigation, which after your initial search can take 2-3 times to get one star and you only have enough energy for 5 goes, energy regenerates slowly. It took me 3 days to do level 2 because it requires about 15 stars to do everything required, 2-3 goes per star earned, enough energy for 5 goes, enough energy for another go regenerates after 40 minutes real time and average 3 hours per forensic analysis of which there was 9 I think. Total waste of time this game.
Waste of time

When I downloaded this game, I was rather intrigued, as I love object finding games, and this one game with extra puzzles. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a shot. First impression was impressive, although after you pass the first level all it wants you to do is buy in game purchases. E.g burgers to refill your energy. Starter packs etc. Second thing is after you finish an investigation you have to share with three friends on Facebook to play the next level, pay real money. Or wait 24 hours. This really got to me, as all these games want is money and they should at least reduce the time to 12 hours as not everyone has Facebook. The third thing is energy. You get a bar full of 120 energy and if you run out you have to wait to get more. To get one energy you have to wait 4 minutes. So in total to refill a bar of 120 it will take 8 hours to refill the whole bar, unless you watch adverts or pay MORE money. Also each crime scene to investigate cost 20 energy. And to complete a task you need a star, which you would have to play at least 2 or three times for. So in my opinion they should give you a higher energy bar, less advertisements. The only reason I gave this two stars, as you have fun in the moment or if you buy things.
Hours of fun

I’ve been playing this game for a few years now, you start in Grimsborough then onto pacific bay, when you have worked alongside Jones and the Chief you are sent to Pacific Bay where you meet Frank(his bark is weak more of a growler) Amy and the rest of the crew, the Chief is more fierce than Jones but she is okay, I’m now Commander in rank, you can buy police dogs to help you in the case, don’t forget to feed them, if you link up with your friends and family who plays the game then link it to Facebook, more people you link up with the more special bonus items you have. The great thing is that you can re work old cases you have solved. ENJOY.ONE More thing when you are given food from people save them because they do come in handy, the more food you receive (burger soda fries) the amount adds up especially when your energy bars are low.ENJOY fellow crime solvers
Detectives — routine precinct maintenance is complete. We've tuned the engine, squashed a few bugs and made sure Criminal Case runs perfectly on the latest devices.
Grimsborough never sleeps, and your cases are exactly where you left them: 56 files, 6 districts, one conspiracy still waiting to be uncovered.
New around here? There's a murder to solve. Grab your badge and report to the Chief.
Happy investigating!
