I have been using Contact+ (formerly Full Contact) for a few years now as my chosen method of synchronising my contacts from device to device, having tried many other solutions which resulted in a duplication and proliferation of contacts, this app has stopped that dead in its tracks, but even more recent I have appreciated the added features such as tags for different types of contact, enabling me to identify clients or suppliers, colleagues or friends and family. Also the ability of the software to search the web, or pick up email signatures to enrich and/or update the data which I have on a contact.

This is a really badly designed product, it will delete your contacts.It mass deleted all my contacts and their support team haven’t got a clue how to restore them.It merges contacts which are not matches, and is particularly bad if the contacts are companies where it insists on populating a first name and last name (and middle if you are lucky).I’ve experienced circular loops where it creates tens of copies of random contacts. It created ghost contacts which had the same names but no other details and then needed merging.If you use categories in Microsoft 365, it’s copies them all over regardless of whether they’ve been applied to your contacts.The website doesn’t refresh statuses requiring actions. So whilst things like sync status and details update in real time, mass deletion event notifications do not show and sync status failures are common.Then when you speak to their support team, they tell you synchronisation is blocked because of a mass deletion event.You then allow the mass deletion, and it literally deletes all your contacts.It’s an absolute mess of a product and I do not think it should be on the App Store or available for purchase.Be careful. It just isn’t worth the hours I’ve spent trying to get this to work.

Finally! All my contacts in one place! And I love that I can scroll through and see people’s photos. In my old contacts I was scrolling through and wondering who half the people were!! With this it’s easy, I can see people’s faces, and it’s a pleasure to use! Thank you!

I was looking for a useful app to upload contacts i required for business use. This app is a great alternative to buying a separate phone to use for business use which would cost you on a monthly basis - however this allows me to store all the relevant information i need that a business phone would of offered me. Even more so is my favourite feature that you can link up contacts who have relationships or connections to easily remember important information to help you keep track of mutual benefits and interests! Word of warning - if you wish to use this app as i have... DO NOT SYNC with your original contacts or address books as this will defeat the object of why i or you are using it. Only pain is you have to manually enter all the information to use it the way i have, however if you spend the time and do it right it will be like a second phone and cost effective. So far so good!
