I speak as someone who uses the app as both a renter and a lender. I borrow luxury dresses for special occasions, for example a sequin £1000 designer dress for a concert that I managed to rent for £50 and I got so many compliments. I also rent out my own special pieces, so I feel less guilty for buying them as they get so much love but also, I make money back on the pieces I buy. Girl maths tells me those items are free, I’m making profit from my wardrobe. I’ve always had amazing, speedy customer service from the team too and wow the new rent by location feature means I’ve found items within walking distance from my house for a last minute event or trip. It also means people have found me and my items when they need them urgently.
