Hi I’ve played this game for almost 9/10 years, but find the chip system has so changed and you cannot get the extra chips if you watched other games for free, you got a extra 4 chips and this has just gone of lately, yes you can buy extra chips but find this so expensive, love the Bingo but some times have to look else we’re where you get extra chips, as mine would have run out with yous,ThanksWhy has this change since yesterday, I liked the game I used to play and find this very frustrating with out uses telling people what your going to do,

Why are so many of the games fixed? You play with all good intentions only to get 2/3 numbers and others have won games, does not seem right. Even when you get the instant daub you still don’t get that number. Yes I enjoy playing but certain games are not playing ball 😡 An update in reply to your email. I do use 4 cards as I know this is the better chance of, at least, winning one game. I still think there is something wrong with the way daubs are done. I have played a game when it’s over before I have hardly begun and, the games have been up to at least daubs before I have even had one. Also why are winning chips so poor. Also I do not understand that the amount of supposed players, you have very few rounds to win. Oh and another thing, why does it take so long to go up a level and only get the same amount of chips. I have been receiving 50 chips for each level I reach for a while now, why can’t I get more chips the higher the level I go?

Brilliant and addictive game absaloutely brilliant it has everything you need and want- many bingo games, lots of bingo rooms and plenty of other fun stuff on this app. This is why I rate it 4 stars and the only reason I didn’t rate this 5 stars is because after around 4 days of playing your bingo coins completely run out and it’s near impossible to win and build them back up again. I do hope this can be fixed on the game as it’s very fun and enjoyable and I guarantee that if you make it easier for everyone to win chips, easier to win on the mini games (which is pretty impossible to win on those also) and increase the amount of bingo coins you get daily and as rewards for participating in competitions then you will most likely get more active players and more downloads. I do hope you take what I have written into consideration as in my personal opinion it will gain many more people.Regards Cher

I like this game but there are many things wrong with it. I am on level 558 and all I get when levelling up is a miserly 50 chips. Other bingo games give you more each time you level up and you should do the same. I would expect at least 200 + chips when I level up. I get 80 chips free daily this also should be more as it’s been the same forever! When you have offers you say it’s a bargain to get 50 chips extra in the deal when that’s what we only get anyway at the usual price. Players aren’t stupid we know what you’re doing. Rockets should be free or £1.99 for 90 not £2.99 and I would expect to get at least one bingo when I use them. As for the wheel on the fish game please take out the coins and the 5 chips as they are boring and worth nothing. Put more chips and rockets on there, also the power ups should be 10 and not a miserly 3. If you did this you would get many more players and you’d not lose money as more players would buy. Apart from that it’s not a bad game!
