  • Amazing camera app

    Berti boi was taken

This is a grate camera and not everything is hidden behind a paywall but using it on an iPad it seems that when you rotate it the buttons rotate the right way but the entire screen rotates the opposite way it never used to do this is only very recant but it makes it kind of unusable it’s fine on an phone though . If this were fixed it would be the guest camera app on the app store

  • Definition of design over function. And it makes you pay for both.

The camera is fine, but the advertised features like super raw and pro raw are really just meant for surprising yourself with a photo that looks nothing like the preview. If you want an accurate picture to the preview you have to use basic mode, which I guess the other modes have their uses, but basic is good for every scenario. I might not be using it correctly. The other main feature of this app is that it’s a fun, customisable, and.. not boring, camera app. It is customisable, but only once, and you have to use the presets. If you want to use your own colour scheme, you have to pay. So you have to use one of their presets, which are pretty good, such as the retro, saddle, and black one. But if you pick one and get tired of it, you have to either pay monthly to change it, or just change it to black. Why? You have to pay for every feature that isn’t the basic camera functions with a couple extra features. Remove the paywall for half the things. I’m not asking for the whole app to be free, as that is how you earn money, but at least make more things free.

  • Live LUTs for still photography are a game changer

    adrianclark1

I have about 20 camera apps on my phone. (Not Boring) Camera is better than all of them in these ways:1. Live LUTs mean colours just how I live them, with no editing required, and limitless styles possible. 2. The interface is so much fun. I’m a “serious photographer” but these dials and buttons bring me joy every time, and yet have just the right amount of flexibility and control. 3. Did I mention fun already? If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to allow manual control of shutter speed whilst keeping auto ISO (so effectively a semi-automatic shutter speed priority mode). For anyone who uses LUTs in apps like Photomator, this app is a no-brainer. Recommend 100%

Thank you! And hear you on the SS/ISO controls. They're tied together in the API but looking at a custom solution to allow for greater flexibility.

  • I can’t stop taking photos please help me😭

    The Apple Store buyer

Really great also thank you for fixing the exposure :) but I have a new problem every time I zoom in the middle of the white line then these white spots come up so can you fix it please?

  • Novel interface but largely unusable

    malllowman

A camera app without being able to control the zoom level (even if it were limited to the maximum optical zoom of the device - 5x in my case) is simply ridiculous. Too much time has been spent on the gimmicky interface and too little on the actual practicalities of taking a photo. A case of style over substance unfortunately.

  • Has some issues

    Scays22

Controls are really easy to use but there are two really annoying issues with the app. Firstly the lenses angle of view in App does not match the actual angle of view when the image is opened in Apple photos and the exposure always looks darker than when the image was captured. The app has potential but needs more work on its consistency.

  • Images captured completed different to the preview

    this.guy

The previews you see when taking a photo with a filter applied can look beautiful, but the resulting image captured looks completely different the exposure and colours are never the same. Hugely disappointing.

  • Why can’t we get a browser for this not boring apps

    Lennonhog

Pls I need a good design on these the apps are soooo goood I’ve got all of them pls just make a internet browser

  • Constant payment nags make it impossible to use

    commonorbit

I really like this camera app and wish I could use it, but the extremely frequent, random (?) nags to pay for it (even after reinstalling) mean I amconsistently missing shots. I amtotally on board with paying for software, but I don’t want to pay for software that actively resists my attempts to use it for its intended purpose.
