I’ve been playing this game for about 6 years. We have a great team with lots of chat, which has helped some of the elderly in our team who live alone, people going through a difficult time, like divorce, and during the Covid lock down it was invaluable. Today I updated the game to the latest version, after which I got a message that chat for UK players was no longer available. Why? I can’t have any communication with the other team members, not even to say goodbye. Shame on you Playrix.

It’s very disheartening that we should all pay for what someone else did it’s also discouraging to play when I cannot speak to the people I’m playing with! I play the side games with my team and consider some my friends, please please bring back team chat for uk 🙏🙏

Great game, and a generous amount of lives. Even if I am struggling to pass a particular level, I have rarely run out of lives completely, due to the length of time it takes to play a round. This means that you don’t have to sit through an endless cycle of rubbish adverts just to play. I would recommend this game to anyone who wants a game where you don’t have to concentrate (too much) and you don’t have the patience to watch a repetitive stream of cr*p, cheaply made, adverts from self-titled “[non] influencers” and Temu actors

I’ve been playing Fishdom for a long while and really loved it but now it’s been spoilt as you’ve tried to do too much, I hate the expedition now with them purple square things, unnecessary it was fine how it was. When something is excellent why try to change it? I have now stopped as I’m fed up with it, my husband has done some of mine and he doesn’t like the changes either.

Why Remove this? Why not restrict individuals who are abusing the chat function instead of a blanket restriction for all. Poor decision. Everyone has their own individual ID, surely you have the tools to shut these ones off or look into creating the tech. People pay enough money within the game to pay for this extra tech research. I shake my head.

I have been playing the game for a long time and have been in the same team for a few years now. I just updated and lost the chat function, I think there should have been a warning ahead of time at least to be able to message people and let them know or say goodbye or whatever. I think this is a poor move and I hope there’s a way to bring it back. It’s really sad to loose that connection within the game.

I’ve spent a long time playing Fishdom, but have found since the latest update that progress is too slow and limited. It takes weeks to upgrade fish tanks because the levels are too difficult to complete, without spending money, which means you don’t earn as many coins to buy fish/items for the tanks. The expeditions have become too challenging in terms of how many diamonds are needed. In only chapter 2 of 4, a single item needs 55 diamonds???!!! That’s a ridiculously high amount, especially given levels are harder to do so diamonds aren’t earned often. It’s a shame as this is the one game I’ve enjoyed playing and have played for a long time, but now it’s making me not want to play anymore. I hope the developers make the game fun again and easier to complete with the occasional hard level.

I have been playing this game for YEARS. I’ve completed over 18,000 levels so know the game in and out. But like one reviewer has already said, in the past few months the game has become so difficult. First, the amount of money you earn from opening the gate dropped by about 10,000 coins each time, closely followed by the likelihood of getting free gems when feeding the fish also dipped. However, to beat a red or purple level has become ridiculously hard, even if you buy gems. I’ve bought extra gems a couple of times recently but it hasn’t helped me get through the level at all so it was money down the drain in less than a minute. I’m going to stop playing now. I didn’t mind spending a bit of money every couple of weeks, but this game has become distinctly unfair now and gives me no enjoyment anymore. Poor show by the developer.

This is a fun game but nowhere near as good as it was. I was spending a fortune trying to get through levels to help my team. I noticed that they were downgrading super hard and hard levels, a fact given away when on a basic level the message popped up that a bomb booster might help on a hard level. There were also levels where you looked at the complexity and number of moves and knew there was no way through this without spending money. It could not be done. The adventure side game is also mind numbingly boring. 100 bits of energy, 3 moves, come back when you’ve cleared a few levels - or tomorrow. The same every week. Dull beyond belief. They’re ruined it for money.

There seem to have been a lot of bugs and issues recently. At the moment, I can’t open a chest that I won in the “Hit the Target” event.The game has also become significantly more difficult, to the point where it feels almost impossible to pass many levels without using boosters or spending gems.Could you please review some of the recent changes and improvements? From a player’s perspective, many of them seem to have made the game less enjoyable and more reliant on purchasing extras. At the moment, it feels like a bottomless pit of spending just to continue progressing, which is quite frustrating.
