Please bring back the media preview for photos and videos when the items are single stacked. It was in the past update before the latest UI change. It’s annoying having to open each photo to see what it actually is and takes forever. Switching the view to where they are enlarged takes up too much screen space for me to make it a comfortable scroll and see lots at the same time. Other than that, it’s perfect!

As a long time user of DropBox, I have been very impressed with the usability of Google Drive. The interface took a little time to get used to to but I am now pretty confident saving & retrieving documents from multiple devices, be they Linux, Apple or Microsoft - so yes,a big thumbs up from me

My little one and I recently read this story together, and we found it absolutely beautiful. It captures the experiences and emotions of a child’s day in a very relatable way, naturally encouraging meaningful conversation along the way. A wonderfully written book that we would highly recommend.

I use Google drive everyday for school work and saving edits - never have I wanted to use another app to help me organise all of my files, google drive is incredible. Sure some things may need to be updated or made easier - but it’s a great app

Getting simple answers has never been easy and especially as we age & have health problems makes even harder for all humanity. Past & present problems - services not available as I know from the developers to transfer files & folders to other cloud services or to move them from one to another. Recently made phone calls & had live chats with google experts and gave me the same answers and took them many hours to answer simple questions. I have an active google one subscription & thought I could move my stuff around from on place to another and that has never been the case. Anyhow I hope Google developers would improve the App somehow and deliver a more convenient & enjoyable way with many great features in the coming future as always stated over the phone , live google chats many times repeatedly said before after all that’s the sole reason I purchased it on monthly subscription. Help me & deliver more in the GOOGLE ONE APP and hear from you ASAP.

I use Google Drive everyday. It is great with seamless integration across all platforms. However, there is one missing feature (a small onewith big impact), the ability to store default settings. I don't always want to scan automatically or in colour, I want to pick a default folder to open the app in or scan documents to. The amount of navigation required within the app due to the absence of default settings is painful. Come on Google, it's been long enough now, please give us default settings!

Amazing app and so useful to have all of my work admin etc on my phone. An easy app to use. But tell me WHY did they change the name of folders from below the folder, to above the folder???!! It makes no sense. Now I keep clicking the wrong folders. When the name had been below and close to the folder for YEARS, why change it to the opposite now when it looks worse and it’s incredibly annoying!! Rant over…

It’s good but can be a bit difficult to find what to do and what I want to look at because the layout is a bit confusing but after you found what you want it is good but can cut the sides of the thing I’m looking at so I can’t see it in full so quite a few glitches and things that are confusing but overall a good app and a handy one for things 😬😬😬

The download auto breaks down once the screen is auto locked or multiple apps are opened. The users have to ensure either the screen isn’t locked by manually doing meaningless screen touches or turning off the auto lock of iOS and change it back afterwards. This behaviour is so bad wasting tons of my time especially if you compare with other drives such as mega etc. I can understand the tech restrictions of Google’s encryption and iOS system dependencies. What I strongly annoyed is why other peers can do way better while this trash app gives user experiences like this. It always fail, failed to download, failed to load all the files of a folder (50 items) given the iPhone 17pro max’s strong performance. Change your app and your old configuration didn’t work well for all devices. I strongly suggest everyone avoid this app anymore it seems like an old conservative app with no idea of modernisations. Far behind the peer standards. 👎👎👎👎
