  • Can I change the training days on my training plan?

    Guess who’s there

I do like the app. I use it for every run. I started a training plan for marathon. When I selected the days, I didn’t have a choice to review the selected days after. So the long runs are on the Fridays and I have rest days Saturday and Sunday. I want to change that but only option proposed by the app is to quit. Any suggestions?? Keep on the good work!

  • Excellent

    Ohene-Mensah

This app is absolutely fantastic for anyone looking to stay motivated with running and exercise. It turns your workouts into something genuinely exciting by rewarding you for the effort you put in. Whether you’re going for a quick jog or pushing through a tough workout, the app keeps you engaged and encourages you to keep going. What really stands out is how it combines fitness with rewards — it makes every step feel worthwhile. Instead of exercise feeling like a chore, it becomes something you actually look forward to. The motivation it provides is a game-changer, especially on those days when it’s hard to get started.Overall, it’s a great app for building consistency, staying active, and feeling rewarded for your hard work. Highly recommended for anyone wanting that extra push to stay fit!

  • Miss the reschedule a run option

    lefiskk

I love this app and I really enjoy using the training programs but since the last update the option to reschedule a run has disappeared.I had to miss two weeks because of health issues and traveling, and now I’m no longer in sync with my training program. The only way to continue is to go back through previous weeks or quit the program, and I really don’t want to since I’m more than halfway through it.Please bring the reschedule option back! Or at least add a way to pause a training program so situations like illness or travel don’t force users to fall behind.

  • Can’t reach levels

    petw21

I love this app but since reaching level 2, it’s impossible to progress. It doesn’t matter how many activities I do, my points just don’t go anywhere. For example, yesterday it said 968 points to level 3, I did my activities and today, instead of decreasing it’s gone up to 1120 points to level 3. It happens every time I look like I’m getting closer to level 3?!! This can’t be right and is very frustrating….

  • Breaking down again and again

    lohfinger123

I have been using this app for many years. It’s been a massive disappointment to find out that it sporadically decides to record some of my exercises while forgets to register others. I reported it to them a year ago which they fixed after a while, but now even their reporting function is broken. If you decided to leave this business please have the courtesy to tell us

  • App is decent but some aspects are declining

    Wintermute01

Been using this app for years to track my runs and other activities and it’s been pretty good and reliable. But noticed recently some minor but useful features are no longer there. After you track a run you used to be able to swipe along the pace and elevation graph and see your exact pace at any given point. That doesn’t seem to work anymore. The option to have your background music fade out when the voice coach comes on is gone. I had to stop a run to mess with the settings after I realised this because I couldn’t hear the instructions properly over my music.Lastly, on the running programs I set one up recently for six weeks at three runs per week, but starting on a Saturday. It scheduled the assessment run (0.5km as fast as you can) for the Saturday but then it moved immediately to week 2 for the next run since it seems to count a week as Monday to Sunday. So really it’s a five week program not six, which is not what I wanted. Wouldn’t it be better to have 18 runs in total? Also, if you reschedule a run in the program as you’re busy that day wouldn’t it better to have an option to also reschedule all following runs at the same time so they don’t all bunch up?

  • Where did it all go wrong

    cksummerhill

I have been using this app for almost 7 years. However since my last renewal it’s become useless. The GPS is totally random. The start and end points are the only elements that are correct is I ran the way the GPS tracks me I’d stop running completely. At times it has me crossing 4 lane dual carriageways, on the other side of 8 foot fences, across train tracks, in the middle of forests, and apparently my latest is to run in water! I can understand that the GPS will not be totally accurate however every run has me on multiple occasions 50 to 100m away from where I actually ran. As a result this has resulted in my times being somewhere close to what a certain Mr Bolt could run. The only part of this app I now trust is the total duration. Nothing else! I spent time and effort trying to better my run times, my km split times etc now these records are gone as this app thinks I’m Mr Bolt. If you want a good total run timer this could be the app for you. But if you want any split times, or accurate distances, I’d stay clear however knowing this app and it’s awful GPS you could be 100m staying clear and the app would have you right in the middle. Time for a refund people! The one star if for its timing.I’ve posted this on the developers site as detailed but haven’t received any reply. The review was based on the lack of response from the developer!!!

  • Better than Strava

    wfpbj

Had this app for a few weeks and so far I prefer it to Strava which I was using before. I’m just using the free version to track my runs, I haven’t tried out the audio coach. From what I’ve read, the Nike running app may be a better fit for people who want audio coaching. I use the free NHS couch to 5k app for audio coaching, alongside this app for tracking distance/pace/calories.Pros:I like that I can set weekly goals for free (premium on Strava) and I like that it logs calories automatically (a faff on Strava) I also really prefer the look of the end-of-run stats (so much that I actually look forward to sharing them on social media!)But the most important things I like about this app is that it’s really easy to track running/walking/whatever, you can pause and resume, it still works great with data off, it doesn’t drain my phone battery, and I’ve never had it cut out or crash or forget to log my run (which seems to be an issue with the Nike app, hence why I never tried it)Cons:I don’t like that Personal Bests are a premium feature.I don’t like that there are no free training plans at all, I really feel like there should be at least one free one for beginners.(Especially considering how much you get for free in the training app, it’s weird that they offer so little in their running app!)I also wish this app integrated properly with the Adidas training app, which I also use. (Weirdly, my training workouts are displayed in my news feed, but not in my progress/activities tab?)

  • Good Running App

    Discod68

It’s a good, simple to use app. Have been using it for about 10 months. I would recommend the app to anyone new to running. Would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the developers have just updated the app so that the “auto pause” function is no longer available with the free version of the app. It is now only available with the premium subscription version. So if you run in an area where you frequently have to stop to cross a busy road you can no longer get an accurate measure of your actual moving or running time. Shame and a bit cynical really. Still Ok though if you run in the country and don’t need to stop anywhere. So from now on trying to compare my run times with all my previous times is a bit pointless.
