I’ve been playing for a few years but they trap you with subscriptions that are unfair - allowing to pause only for higher tier subscriptions no matter what. Having been injured through a match I could not pause or cancel my subscription without losing my account details and statistics. It’s attitude to player safety is also blasé - no advice on kit, boots, keeper gloves or shin pads and when somebody is injured in a game - they distance themselves from any responsibility and support. Finally, their 10 hour pre-match cancellation policy is deeply unfair: whether you are injured, unwell, run over in the street or in a life and death situation - they maintain their policy and do not refund their credits under any circumstance. Furthermore, dealing with their customer service is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered and I’d advise people to be wary of these aspects before signing up.

I had tried other organised football games in London like footyaddict, but usually they could get too competitive. What I love about FCUrban is that the games are friendly yet they have a good level of quality. The hosts have been welcoming and the price is very reasonable. And the app is very easy to use and so far hasn’t had any glitches.

I have been booking games with Urban fc since 2020 on their website and I liked it so far. After that, I’ll book games through their mobile application, which is easy to use and user friendlyAnd huge thanks to team managing all the games perfectly so far.

Couldn’t recommend a better 5 aside to get into always meeting new people not super competitive but it’s a good level can travel to a lot of destinations and play with fc urban the stat tracking is also a very good thing to see how your doing each game you play

Great idea. Easy to find drop in sessions and meet good lads. Games are well run and organised with a non-playing host/referee. Recording stats is a good feature but you need to make sure your hosts are on it!

After inviting a few of my friends through the referral link everything was fine until I invited people from my social media platform to join the app. These people thought I was doing some fishy activity when I just shared my link with 7,000 people and only 37 or so joined so I don’t know what kind of people they are horrible app and people

I stopped playing and still had the app downloaded they took out the money out of my bank even though I stopped playing and they don’t issue a refund so it’s bad. If you want to lose all your money go ahead. It’s not gonna issue any refunds
