Every time I want to use this I have to uninstall and reinstall as it won’t recognise I’ve paid my subscription, it just goes around in a circle trying to unlock the features and then telling me I’ve already subscribed. It won’t let me in. Used to love it and now it’s useless
I noticed that once you’ve used the app a few times things that were originally free start to become paid for!! I’ve deleted it now!!

I did not purchase this only the free trial and you have charged me for a year! £37 pound i would like this refunded I cancelled this free subscription right away and only opted in for the free trial! I have contacted my bank to stop this transaction. Please stop this

Don’t sign up for free trial they will keep taking the money after only 3 days

Sign in with your Apple ID. 3. Scroll down, tap Subscriptions. 4. Choose TapScanner. If it isn't listed, Contact apple support. 5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow instructions to confirm.
