I started to learn Korean from scratch 3 months ago and chose this app because I’m short on time and energy:) I needed something easy to access and good looking.I’m giving this app 5 starts for several reasons. 1. I could have a sneak peak at Korean without pressure of attending lessons or watching long videos. I primarily used it for day-to-day lessons just to make an idea of how language works. And I got it.2. I didn’t learn much but after 3 months I can say some basic phrases which in the beginning just sounded impossible at all. Using the app became a habit for me since they divide videos into daily portions. It helped me to have this accumulative effect and keep up.3. I loved the teachers and the way they present the information. Visuals in general is very nice. It was not boring at all.I didn’t use alternative speaking practice sessions rather than the course itself because it was too hard, but I think it would work for more intermediate students.Overall, it was a good experience (and very different for me) and I would recommend it if you want to form a habit of learning Korean.

It is not useful for me since it doesn’t make a level’s test once you start. I am an intermediate learner and I refuse to start with hello and thanks lessons, to be honest. It’s a shame because it seemed promising, i was specially interested in the speaking lessons, since I want to practice repetitive grammar so I can use it more intuitively when I speak. I hope they improve it and implement level test or an app for just speaking practice with an AI.
