The iOS/iPadOS versions of Disney+ do not allow you to press the back button or the arrow back button which means if you’re in the Star Wars category and you decide you want to watch something else then you can’t tap the back button to go on select something different like for example, let’s say you were watching Marvel and suddenly you didn’t want to watch marvel any more so you decide to go watch something from the Pixar category and you discover you can’t do that because the app won’t let you so you’re going to have to press the home button which isn’t meant for pressing back so let’s say you were searching something and you want to go back home and you’re on a title the back button doesn’t work so you decide to press the home button but that just brings you back to the homepage.. my message to Disney is that please fix your app Goodbye.
The content is great, but app is absolutely counterintuitive

Why is it not possible to switch episodes from the player? Why there is no opportunity to skip credits? Why can’t I do the tv show from the player? Anyways, the content is just the best, but for example: I fell asleep while watching. If I go to the episode from the “continue watching” section, I can’t switch episodes from there. Or go to the tv show page. I gotta go search a tv show and choose episodes from there. Hire a better UX designer.
