After last update, app its little bit buggy. Because if I want twitch on iPad Display, I see only Chat, and video on external Monitor.If I use “move to external display” I see app correctly, but its bug. If I want to write something to the Chat, apps change mode to the Only Voice….it can be fix only “move to the iPad” and after “move to the External monitor” but it is Annoying.

The app is full of bugs on both iPad and iPhone, 1080p60 is refusing to play for more than a few seconds, videos and streams load for more than a five minutes each and for a bonus, there is more than a half minute chat delay. On the top of that, I had a very unpleasant experience with the arrogant Twitch support about my subscription payment issues, which were not solved to this day, so maybe it’s because the service which I bought was paid already, so they probably don’t care afterwards. But Apple support is on the whole different level, so they talked out a refund of this Twitch scam for me, but nothing has arrived for like a month.

I don't like the new homepage. It makes browsing for suggested channels worse. I can't see the thumbnails, the video starts playing immediately and it's just a random feed which I need to scroll through to get to the content I want. Also the new layout of various styles of chat on the mobile doesn't make sense. Why would I have a chat overlay over the video which gets even smaller on mobile? Now I can use it only for watching the channels I follow, because I don't want to spent time browsing a random feed in hope there will ever be something interesting.

Twitch worked fine all these years, but now ads are really annoying. When the ad in the middle of the stream ends, stream starts not from the moment you was before ad, but from the beginning of the stream. Impossible to watch.

Again after some time you changed whole layout of main screen thinking that was good decision. Okey I’ll take it. But why first stream I see is someone who I don’t even follow ? You think I’ll scroll it like a TikTok it’s meant to be TV not 10 second video cmon people THINK.How can Ipad version be so bad when you wanna watch past streams. Chat window is blank, with double-click you can’t put it to full screen. you double click on stream nothing no bar with time or +/- 30 sec buttons. NOTHING. After you agree to watch it, knock knock 2 ads cause they are always working. Brilliant!

Twitch used to be one of the last platforms without the awful TikTok-style short-form content, but now they’ve replaced the entire home page with it, and it’s not even optional. Furthermore, half of the time, I can only see my channel points in the thousands. Sometimes, my watch streaks get reset despite having watched all the livestreams. And now, when I mute a livestream and play some music or a video (or even if I just open the new home page), it pauses the livestream 90% of the time, despite being muted.

Twitch has lways been just bad. Now user experience is sub zero. they “hid” my subscriptions in the side menu. what the hell?? aren’t MY subscriptions just THE MOST sought after thing on MY account? They just have to be at the most visible and obvious place all the time. and the app has poor optimisation and bugs here and there but it has always been the case☺️

This made me stop using the mobile app when possible. Genuinely garbage user experience introduced because some managers who don’t care about the product wanted to get onto the short form scrolling hype wave, even though livestreams are the polar opposite of that, so it doesn’t fit the use case. It’s a downgrade in terms of usability, nobody asked for it, and everyone hates it. Please do better

It would be normal app, BUT in someone’s head was an idea to create as stupid as him “streak of stream”. WHY do I need this you idiot? Every day I get 5+ notification like “you’ve reached 3 streams in the row”. Why and for what? I can’t turn it off, I can’t do anything except off all notifications and I don’t know if this even help. Kick off idiot created and aplicated that and then it will be higher.

Thanks for banning yet another streamer without even providing a clear reason. You’ve already managed to ban most of my favorite creators, and honestly, it just made things easier for me—they’ve all moved to Kick, so now I have them all in one place. Keep up this 'great' work; with a few more bans, the entire scene will be over there. Thanks for the push, Twitch.
