My game won’t launch

10 days ago i paid €5.49 for this game, 10 days later it won’t even let me launch, i updated everything and it just says “step 1 of 8” and on the bottom it says failed-downloading it’s doing nothing though, don’t get me wrong i love this game I just feel scammed

I purchased a ‘full tower unlock’ for the super monkey for €5,49. Guess what. Nothing. I purchased it and I got no upgrades whatsoever.It told me that before 14 days I can cancel it. I’d much appreciated it if I could get an answer to how to cancel it so I can purchase it again. The game is great, I would give it 5 stars, but they stole my money.
