Students and teachers can now update their FlexTime registrations even when the other group’s registration deadline has passed, ensuring smoother scheduling for everyone. We also resolved a permissions issue that allowed teachers to access the Check-In feature via “My Class” without proper authorization—access now fully respects your school’s settings. We have introduced a unified synchronization process that consolidates the sync operations for all user roles. This enhancement ensures that users are not inadvertently deleted and re-added due to role-specific syncs. A new safeguard mechanism has been also implemented to prevent accidental mass deletions during synchronization.

The latest My Class update improves navigation, access, and classroom management. Teachers and Staff can now see who is out of class, get audio alerts for expired hall passes, and quickly assign frequent actions. Global search allows managing students beyond the active class, while direct messaging enables seamless communication. These updates streamline workflows and resolve bugs for a more efficient classroom experience.
