Stability improvements

We've packed this update with features to make your work in the field faster and more organised. • Form Completion - Never lose track of your progress. You can now see exactly how much of a form you've completed — section by section and overall — and jump straight to any part of the form using the new Table of Contents panel. No more scrolling to find where you left off. • Save photos on device - Keep your field photos where you need them. Any photo added to a form can now be saved directly to your camera roll or gallery with a single tap — ready to share or reference anytime, even outside the app. • Number auto-generation - Say goodbye to manual numbering. Fields like report IDs and inspection numbers now fill in automatically in sequence, so you can focus on the work instead of tracking numbers by hand.

Stability improvements

• Added two-factor authentication (2FA) by email for extra account protection. If enabled by your Fluix admin, you’ll be asked to enter a one-time code sent to your email when signing in to the Fluix Tasks app. • Redesign - Introduced a refreshed design using more native elements and a clearer UX to make navigation more intuitive and efficient. • Linking PDF to form - If enabled and configured by your admin you can always have the right instructions at hand, directly in the form you are working right now.  • Save last opened form position – Now when reopening the same form you will not need to scroll back to the section you were working in.

• Introducing Issue Report - instant summaries from your checklists! If enabled by your Fluix admin, Tasks app users can quickly turn completed checklists into clean, ready-to-share reports with no manual copying and pasting. • Navigating long forms just got easier! You can now use a Table of Contents in your dynamic forms! It’s automatically generated based on the headers, sections, and text that your Fluix admin has set up.

• Start tasks faster than ever! No more searching — tap the new Start button in the bottom right corner to instantly begin any assigned task or choose a template to fill out and review. Perfect for when you’re on the go! • “Recurring” is now “Templates” We’ve renamed the Recurring section to Templates to make it easier to find your regular tasks. Everything works the same as before, just with a clearer name! • Fluix Tasks app on iOS now speaks Spanish. Prefer using the app in Spanish? You can now switch your app language easily: Go to iOS Settings → Apps → Fluix Tasks → Language → Spanish, then reopen the Fluix Tasks app. • Landscape mode for iPhones Good news for iPhone users: You can now view and edit forms in landscape mode! This mode offers more space and a better view while working on your tasks. • Smarter task filtering Need to find a specific task? You can now filter your list by priority or workflow, so you always see what matters most first.

Here’s what’s new in this update: • Convenient Task Organization: You can easily group and sort your tasks by priority, due date, group, assignee, etc., which helps you find tasks faster. • Scheduled & Overdue Tasks on the Home page: A new Scheduled section on the Home page shows tasks planned for you by your account admin. You’ll also see any overdue tasks that need your attention. • Dark Mode for Forms: The new Dark Mode in the PDF Viewer makes reading and working on documents easier, especially in low light. • Sections in Dynamic Forms: Forms can now include collapsible sections with grouped fields, depending on your company's setup it making them easier to navigate and fill out.

- Open the tasks assigned to you in one tap! From version 2.4, task assignment emails now include a direct link - tap on it, and your task opens right in the Fluix app. - We’ve refreshed the in-app survey to better capture your insights on how you use Fluix. Your feedback helps us improve the app. Thank you! - Need to make changes to the submitted tasks? You can now undo finished tasks. It gives you flexibility for fixing mistakes or making quick edits on the go.

We're keeping the functionality you know and love, while refreshing your visual experience of our brand. Note: Only the visual design changed; your documents, setup, and app navigation are the same. Our new logo retains the themes of connectivity and unified flows of work that Fluix is known for, highlighting our ability to connect the dots across all business ecosystems and propel our customers to sustainable success.

New functionality  - Prefill from Data Source: Sync data from your Excel into dropdown options in dynamic forms with —avoiding less manual work. - Search in Tasks: Quickly find tasks across all tabs: Recurring, Assigned, In Progress, and Finished. Improved Task Sorting: Tasks in the Assigned and In Progress tabs are now automatically sorted by last modified date, so the most recent ones appear first. Improved Dynamic Form Toolbar: Now supports barcode scanning, geolocation, and form filling suggestions.

- New Home Page: a task board for easy access to ongoing tasks, recent forms for fast access, ability to pin tasks that are important. - End of Support for iOS 16: Our team recommends that users update to the latest version of iOS available along with the Fluix app. If their devices don’t support iOS 17 or higher, replacing them with newer ones to run Fluix moving forward will be necessary. Please be aware: if the user removes the Fluix app from the device listed above, he/she will not be able to download it again through the App Store.
