Apple Business is a free app that will automatically install on devices managed by the built-in device management service as part of Apple Business.
If your organisation is using professional email with Apple Business, you can use the Apple Business app to also view your company directory.
Repair tracking and prioritised support are available for users with a subscription that includes AppleCare+ for Business.
Features available in the Apple Business app depend on what your organisation has enabled in Apple Business.
