Granola has been the best note taking app I have come across and I’ve tried a few. It’s not a meeting minute taker because doesn’t embed itself in the meeting but to summarise it’s your own personal notetaker that also summarises your meetings clearly and pulls out actions. It’s so easy to use. I love that it automatically detect when you start a meeting and prompt you to take notes which is super useful when starting to learn a new system. The AI is very well set up to accurately summarise a meeting based on a messy transcript and being able to connect straight into your favourite LLM to then write follow-up emails and actions out of the meetings is amazing. Well done, Granola.

Such a good app life saving tool had some really insightful meetings recently and granola has constantly come in clutch transcribing and summarising everything and been vital for our company to understand our customer and improve our business

I love the Mac desktop app, but there are a couple of major flaws with the iPhone app, (1) it can only record some outbound calls (seems to be if the receiver of the call can't receive data calls?), and (2) it can't record a Microsoft Teams call that you have on your phone, even if you try to join that call from the Granola app (which works perfectly well on the desktop). This basically means I have to use ANOTHER call recording app for some calls.

This is seriously one of, if not THE best AI tools available. For someone who spends almost every day in back-to-back meetings, it has been a game changer. I cannot recommend this enough! Great work Granola team!
