CANVA is the best graphic design app ever! I use it for school and sometimes i need to download a photo for project, and then easily i can put on the page. I love the slide show option where you can show off to your friends or you can show your teachers and / or professors something! You can go to the elements option on the side and type anything you want. You can tap or click the draw button and draw anything you want if you are the artistic type. There is lots more you can do with canvas like the magic eraser or background remover. I think everyone thats looking for something to help with graphic design or even social media stuff, they should definitely download this app and this is a plus IT HAS NO ADDS and its free. I think you should download Canva!

If you are considering getting this app read this, so CANVA is a great app for kids or anyone who wants to practice graphic designing plus the art work you make can be saved and put as a wallpaper for your device. CANVA can also let you copy and paste and doesn’t have any adds! I have made SO much artwork and I show all of them to my artist of a friend and she loves all of them. You may not have a artist as a friend (not trying to be rude) but you don’t need one to make fantastic art work and there is so many bits and pieces that can be made into digital art! I will tell you step by step how to make one! So 1. When your in the app and will see a bunch of posters and cards all that stuff! Pick one to edit. 2. Press the purple plus button and you see lots of things to add to your art, go to elements to find shapes items and plants to add to your art! 3. Chose some of the items and press on it and you can change the colour and if it has writing you can change the writing, you can change the background just by tapping on the background! 4. Now that you have made your art pice press the save button on the top of the screen..you did it?.. GREAT! This app is the best way to learn how to be a graphic designer or you can use it for work, my mom uses it and others. So if your reading this please download CANVA you will never regret downloading it! So stop reading and download the app now.. 😁🎉

Whilst Canva seems to have upgraded to be the one stop shop for your branding & content needs, it falls short of being effective & requires a lot of handling and messing around to get your content truly polished to the standard you need. Especially bothering is step 1 of the process of uploading your own content to use for the content creation. For example today I tried uploading 20-31 items from my iPhone gallery which just refuse to upload. One must resort to uploading only a few at a time which is labour and time intensive. The content creator market demands a truly quick & easy solution, when you’re paying for a service it is expected to work appropriately. Another gripe is that any of the “beat-sync” options with music overlayed onto your videos/reel drafts are often perfect on the app, yet once exported have huge glitches that don’t play well on video. For example, your footage will skip or double itself, the transitions are glitchy, the playback is not smooth even though you saved the file which already looked pristine in app. I have paid a serious subscription fee of AUD$165 annual which I expect to work as it is stated to work. Almost a waste of this amount of money, I seek retribution for my wasted funds, time and effort.

I’ve been using this app for the past couple of years to create aesthetic and simplistic ways to present my school work. I recently used the app again to design a presentation for an assignment on my laptop and everything was working as usual. Due to convenience, I tend to switch between working on my laptop, phone and iPad but the format of adding some functions have been altered in recent updates. On my iPad I can no longer upload any images as there is no + part where I can access my camera roll, in fact, the only + visible is the zoom functions. Maybe I’m just mistaken but the fact that it is not easily accessible as it was frustrates me. In addition to this, I have also noticed that I can no longer access the other slides of a design template and can only use the cover on the iPad format. I tapped and I doubled tapped and I pressed for five seconds but all it does is add the first page. On the iPhone, I am able to add the other slide designs but to do so I have to scroll through all the other design templates (their covers and slides) to find them. Lastly, something else I’ve come to notice is that the background functions no longer fill the background and aren’t able to be properly adjusted either. All of these things greatly inconvenience me especially since my presentation is due tomorrow and I’m going to have to switch to a different program to complete it or solely use my laptop where I’m unable to add infographics from my camera roll present on my phone and iPad. Overall, it’s been a very stressful time trying to work on the latest update and I hope you can re-evaluate the accessibility and workability of functions.

This app/website literally is one of the best if not the best for creating videos photos for like social media you can even make a website and publish it for free on Canva! The only thing I would like to ask the developers is I know this is how you make a lot of your money but do you mind not putting as many things on premium cause like you searched something up and the results that you’re looking for are just premium and like you press something premium the AI premium (well You can use some AI without premium) maybe lower the amount of things that have premium and like add some things that are good but don’t need premium because like for example if I’m trying to start a business, I’m trying to start it because he’s using as much less money as I can and now I’m contemplating if I have to get premium, so like yeah just please change that but overall it is one of the best apps I have and I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. The only reason it’s not five stars so yeah about the premium stuff but I love this app and I highly recommend it.

While this app is great on desktop with the latest update it’s practical application on iPad Pro is lacking to say the least. The biggest issue I have is what I consider basic and that’s cropping and adding your own imagery and photography. Unfortunately, it’s a frustrating exercise that makes me turn back to my desktop :( I am sure the developers will work on that but for the cost and UX, I would have to say Canva is by the dar dominating the market. I use it in conjunction with adobe including design ideas which is where this app shows its strength. The template game is strong. Good job guys but because it’s not practically applicable across devices I give it a lower star rating. I hope that’s rectified soon as I absolutely love using my iPad as a graphics tablet on the go when my Wacom is too bulky or inconvenient. Don’t judge it too harshly this is a great tool and even adobes apps, which are getting better, have serious limitations. You’re doing well on the app platform and market but room for improvement in user experience and across various devices.

Hi guys, so this is actually my second attempt at writhing this app a review , they deleted my last one as I’m sure they don’t want people know what this app is really like. please learn from my mistakes and do not purchase from this app. They ruined my business cards with a printer issue on there end, told me they would replace them then never respond back. I tried countless times to contact them to see what was happening and all I would get is some automated email saying “we haven’t heard from you we are closing this issue”, when I was in fact I was the only one responding. They gave me really crummy excuses as to why they don’t have a contact phone number as I explained to them that there online communication was lacking at the time and I needed this issue resolved quickly as I was just starting out on my own and really needed to represent myself professionally. They let me down and didn’t show any remorse. This is one of the most expensive apps I’ve used for advertising and it’s not due to quality I can assure you that. I wish I knew then what I know now . Hope this helps somebody and stops this app to taking advantage of any other business owners.

First of all it’s a great app, very easy to use and has great design templates.The only thing that annoys me is their billing department. I don’t have active subscription so to use premium design I had to purchase them for $2 but it turns out my itunes account was charged $4.49. Made a query with canva and their customer service kept going back and forth asking for payment ID, customer ID, etc etc although I sent them screenshot of canva invoice and itunes invoice that both have the same email address, same date, same items purchased, but displaying two different amount. They still can’t understand the issue, just wasting my time with the same email over and over asking for account details again and again. Just use the free app, it’s good enough. Or if you need the premium design, better go with the subscription and cancels next month if you don’t need it anymore. Paying individual design credits will rip you off with the extra charges.

Canva has amazing features, whether you want it to be 90’s themed, Beachy, or Minimalistic. The large community also makes amazing templates, which is good for younger children and kids to make simple posters. There are a small amount of things that can be added and improved, such as maybe a guide to simple graphic design.Few of the things that I find hard is mobile, I mainly use it on a laptop for school but the mobile version is more prone to crashing and not saving your work. When going into slideshow, once the bar goes away you are unable to tap out or swipe to the next slide and you’d have to leave the app. As well with frames, I might press “delete frame” and I expect it to keep the image, buut it deletes the whole thing.Though these problems aren’t great, the app and website is an amazing designing tool for anything.

I used to use Canva daily for making social media posts for my businesses. Recently I’ve found the app to be incredibly frustrating. I’m unable to stagger text on a timeline which I used to do with ease. Every time I use the app now I have to select ‘show text timelines’ when it used to come up automatically, but it still won’t stagger the text without it overlaying all the other text.When I add a text box and want to reply the video it won’t play from the beginning, it will only jump to the last part of the clip.I’ve gone through forums and support and have no resolution to this issue. App has been updated, cache has been cleared, all steps have been followed. I’ve spent over an hour trying to troubleshoot something I do in 30 seconds in instagram editing. Sorry Canva but I will have to cancel my pro subscription if this stays the same.
