I don’t agree that this app is Pay to Win as some reviews suggest. I’m in the top 0.43% and have yet to pay a dime. If I enjoy the game I will usually find something in the store to give the company some $$$ but I disagree that you need to pay to win. I seem to have hit a bug tho. My first character hit level 100 and since leveling up, the treasure chests are no longer spawning character cards. My only reward is coins. I still would think I would be getting character cards for everyone else to level up tho?

This game is ok to play as a free to play but don’t expect to win against players that pay. Reason being if you pay you get premium characters that will decimate your castle. The premium characters can only be bought and not available to free players. This is a pay to win game. Some people will say it is not as they are in the top percentage of players what they don’t say in the reviews is the loose against pay to win players. I myself have been playing this game for about 3 weeks. I am up in top percentage of players but won’t win against most pay to win players. Now for bugs in the game yes after about 5 matches the game will close on you so be closing it yourself every 4th match that way you don’t loose your win streak. As some goals need a win streak to claim the prize. Graphics glitch seems to be on labour keeps going on some matches and opponents castle looses it graphics. If you don’t mind loosing today to win players then enjoy the game.

Ayo i love this freaking game! But the matchmaking is horrendous. Skill v skill there is a HUGE GAP. im constantly playing “up” and its ridiculous. Ive got 2500 trophies and versing players at 2700+ even went toe to toe with a 3100. I dont know if its because im winning (barely) so the game bumps me into the big leagues but im really not enjoying the matchmaking. Opponents characters are level 30+ when im at level 25-28. I understand there may be a paying element to the levels but its unfair to always go against absolute titans every game. Other than that, the update is great, the character re-vamps are cool. Oh and also maybe an explanation into how to gain the “tokens” (what im calling them) for the rankings? Im grinding my way to a measly 24 thingys ranked 8th and the top 5 players are on like 40-50? How am i supposed to know how to catch up quicker? Theres no info.

Had fun playing the game up Until now.. becoming quite clear that it’s gonna come to a point where progressing in any meaningful way is gonna cost money.. was a solid 4.5 stars up until latest update.. reason for the downgrade in stars is the server needs some serious stability work.. game cuts out more frequently then before and it evens happen in the middle of battle, which I would guarantee basically makes it count as a loss on the record.#edit.. it definitely counts as a loss when the game shuts down mid way or at the beginning of a battle. But I’m lucky to make it through a battle it kicks me at the end and I’ve also missed out on the rewards.. so nigh on unplayable for me at the moment

Only issue is when you try to switch from game to another app ( example accidentally pressing notifications or reading sms quickly when you switch back game freezes and quits. Worst part you already are winning or have a great streak the suddenly game consider it as a LOSS . There should be an option if game quits and you login in back quickly it resumes the gameplay. Couple of times it happened to me where majority of my losses are just game glitches and not actual game loss.

Great game very intuitive and great fun. Though many have labeled it as pay to win that is not really fair you can slowly improve your castle and soldiers slowly and get good results with out spending money if you are patient but buying gives you access to some fun units and makes life easier. The developers have balanced the game fairly well so you usually go up against castles of similar power. Very impressed.

The troops available to free players are nowhere near as strong as the premium units, making the game feel heavily pay-to-win.The developers also appear to ignore community feedback, and there are exploits that allow some players to gain unfair advantages without consequences.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this game. The balance issues, excessive monetization, and lack of meaningful support for the player community make it difficult to enjoy in the long run. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone else

Welcome to pay to win. Here you can blast through the first few days of the game then be stuck in the same tier as someone else constantly loosing as they have paid a heap of money for a bigger upgraded castle then you. If ur going to download, and you want to be competitive, get your wallet ready.

The developers need to seriously fix their server situation. I’ve been playing for a couple months. Without exaggeration, 3-4 times every day the game suddenly shuts down on me. If I leave my home with my phone in hand, when I return the game will not load. I have to shut my phone down and restart it first. And, I have to switch off my VPN to play, leaving my device unprotected. Doesn’t happen with any other app or website that I use daily. The worst thing is that game support is invisible so there’s no way to let epicoro know about the problem.

Two main issues, game uses a massive amount of power and drains my devices battery very quickly. I’ve not experienced any other game that chews through power like this.Game glitches out badly. Mid game will drop out, no interruption to service as I have repeatedly checked.Also, some attacks stay on screen after they’re completed.Really enjoyed the game, have had no issue with playing against spenders and have had plenty of success against higher ranked players. It’s all about the strategy you use to defeat enemies. I don’t agree that it’s pay to win. I only spent $5 and I’m killing it.Unfortunately it’s a no from me due to the severity of the glitches. I don’t experience these problems with any other games I play. Would be a 5 star otherwise.
